If they offer help with a bankruptcy, run the other direction. The lawyer will say "don't make the next payment because we'll file before any judgment will happen". Then if you get a decent job while they screw around for 2 months beyond the promised time frame in which they said they would file, you'll find yourself no longer eligible because apparently you're supposed to stay unemployed and broke while they decide how they are going to get out of their own damn way and actually help you. Do not go here!!!! They had asked my wife to email them some sensitive information, however the email that they provided was not associated with them. After sending the information, they told my wife the email they had provided was not theirs and had no idea who the email belonged to. Now my wife's personal information is out in the world due to their lack of care in the situation

Elderly abuse cases seem not to matter because in my case in October of 2024 the very fact that a fellow tenant was breaking the lock on my wheelchair scooter and throwing my power cord into the lake. There intake process was less than professional. The fellow tenant was promising violence and the attitude was again unprofessional.
