Legal Aid is corrupt and hire attorneys that will take your case then drop you under 48 hours before you court appearance. This was done to me. Causing me and my children to be homeless! I signed a retainer a month 12/17/26 before my court date (1/14/26 and the attorney quit right before (1/12/26 @ 5:46pm). Leaving me without a defense. After retaining all of my evidence. I will be seeking private an attorney to sue legal aid.
Useless. Would not recommend.
They only take cases they know they can win give me the bare minimum of help and little legal expertise so I got kicked out due to their lack of care or concern only rating for free government money
