Very horrible. If you are renting your own home and are trying to do things on your own without government assistance, these people refuse to help you. You basically have to be a welfare baby and live completely dependent on the government in order for them to help. My apartment has been uninhabitable for several months. My back door has been completely exposed because I don't have a back door. The floor was so rotted I fell through and injured my hip.
