Absolutely rude and hard to deal with over the phone the only way you're going to get help from these people is if you're a crackhead or a felon God forbid a law abiding citizen needs an attorney.

Dab was very rude to me from the get go trying to tell me that I cannot get one I went and I filed the paperwork on my own went back ask him for his help and got denied I had to represent myself in court I have no income there's no reason I should have been denied

Having a wonderful experience with them so far, don't see anything erupting lol. They are very kind and very helpful. UPDATE: BEWARE, they refused to help me, said I owed people to much money lol. Basically, they were untruthful with me, after they said they would help me...Let that sink in a little...

The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland was very prompt in response to information that was necessary to my persuing my small claims court filing.
