My visit to their office was encouraging—Ms. Peralta and Mr. Jacques eased my nerves and lifted my entrepreneurial spirit. Unlike certain SBA offices in Queens that remain unresponsive yet still receive budget, which dont belong to them and should be allocated on to micro entrepreneurs to test water levels , this office truly shows care and with a mission statement. I look onto the next opportunity to work by them for business needs and will volunteer too I get asked.

The representative's condescending and arrogant tone, unwillingness to consult, and nasty attitude alone are unacceptable. What are you? USPS? Thank you for heads-up, I will look for help elsewhere.

If you're looking for legal help, I recommend you look elsewhere. They are very unprofessional. My experience with Ms. Theresa Anderson was terrible. I was never able to communicate effectively. She was so disrespectful and unprofessional that she told me to shut up and that she was the one who had the floor and control at all times. Her arrogance and contempt were very evident. I'm very upset with this place. They actually told me that they are not taking anymore divorce cases till after July 26th. This is the only legal Aids for Manhattan where I live so by the time I get a legal aid it will be too late for my case date. If the court is still giving court dates how are we supposed to be represented without a legal rep.
