Misunderstanding from their staff led to 8 months of brickwalls, this agency feeds into the corruption of the QPS and denies good people a 'fair go'. I was sent to get legal assistance from this place, but I don’t remember the name of the woman who helped me. However, I would recognize her voice if I heard it. As soon as I disclosed that I was Muslim, she interrupted me and said, “I’ve heard enough.” She then transferred me to others who were supposed to help, but they never got back to me. I would like to thank the receptionist that helped today, I was over whelmed with a lot going on and she gave me a wonderful lawyer to talk to. Highly recommend Jann the lawyer what great information and guidance. Thank you again for today ladies. Highly recommend very supportive.
The lady at reception is not helpful at at says she will call you back and never dose. The last thing you need in these hard time. Go elsewhere ull save time and heartache
