Called them on the phone she didn't belive me that I am eligible for legal aid?! Very rude and ignorant women work there, then she said someone will call me back.. and no one ever did.
I have been dealing with family court for almost 12 years. I’ve never had any help the entire time, until last year/now. Jennifer M , was extremely helpful . Very smart, prompt, professional, and so thorough with her work. She helped me , had me easily understand every step moving forward, and didn’t leave anything in the air.
