The receptionist / person that answered the phone, when you call was very rude and unprofessional, she provided little to no information. She provided somewhat false information to me as well, without even knowing the details of my court case. The call got heated on both ends because the lady obviously has an authority mentality. My experience with Evie Lipton has been horrific. It’s one thing to have a bad experience with a lawyer, but how this has hurt me has left me feeling unheard and in an awful position. When I disagreed to not meet with a person the way she wanted , and I clearly expressing absolutely not to those terms and, Lipton would not accept ‘absolutely not’ but kept, in my opinion, badgering me. My health is very poor and Lipton made last minute changes to a scheduled event that were not in my opinion acceptable. I was repeatedly asked... read more
