I'm on a fixed income (wsib) and I have rrsps. But I contributed $0 to that rrsp and can't access $1 of that rrsp but my ex who has illegally withheld access to my 11 year old daughter, her mother actually makes more than me and is on Ontario Works and guess what she gets approved by Legal Aid but I do not.
