They are polite but not who you need in dealing with a vicious LL. I was locked out of my bldg 4 a wk & righteously hysterical. I just had ♡ surgery & I had intruders in my home & pets to protect. They don't understand urgency how scary it is living in fear that LL r sic enuff to physically harm or unalive u. MY LL was in breach of RTA & I Emailed them & got immediate help. This org is a 9 - 5 lip service "not our mandate" list off all "we don't do this or that & can't help with that" just there for the paycheck beauracrats ... read more
