I was detained for not having a bell on my bicycle. Well it would have been more if the officer involved could find anything else. She most certainly tried. I would have ran. However I had a kitty at home to feed. Imagine getting shot for this? Lmao. Police in this town have nothing to do so they create criminals any chance they get.
Unless you are desperately poor they are of no help. The ones who can use their services would be living on the street by today's standards and cost of living.The amount that qualifies you is below any quality of living. This service is unavailable to anyone that makes over $17,000
Unhelpful. Did not seem to listen or understand what I was asking and my presumption was she didn’t listen to me because she didn’t care. Wouldn’t probably try again even if I needed to.
