It would be nice if the phone number posted received phone calls like it used to. How do you get ahold of someone there now?

Its like the Ritz compared to the dive across the street. They have good staff and security cameras to help with piece of mind
They can never seem to answer their phone .. office is open ..... no one at front desk , if you are able to flag someone down in the back you most likely will be told ... you have to come back we are busy
