One star because there was no option for zero stars!! The woman who answered told me they had no one who could help me in Fremont County but I could try calling the University of Wyoming and when I asked with whom I was speaking, SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I wondered if it was a mistake so I waited a few minutes and called back. It was the same woman and she stayed on the line until I asked her why she hung up on me when I asked her name and SHE HUNG UP AGAIN!!! What the heck is going on here?
