I got the same as others. Very rude and hung up. I is this legal aid or just that woman? How does she keep this or any other job?
Pay $20 for free consultation......that's not free, on top of having some rude customer service agent minimize the things that I say when it's my family and my home on the line, I'm the one getting shafted by some second rate housing company and drowning in bills yet I see no proof that they are actually there to help. Just call for legal condescending call reps to put you down and insult your situation implying their life is better and they don't care.
SHELLY IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE! SHE DOESN'T SEEM TO KNOW WHAT SHE IS EVEN DOING SHE DEFINITELY COULD NOT OR MAYBE JUST DID NOT WANT TO HELP RESOLVE MY PROBLEM BUT SHE MADE IT VERY CLEAR SHE DID NOT CARE. I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!
I am sure the worload is immense, however the staff is rude. The staff I interacted with was Shelly. From what I can gather, they do not truly seek to help those in difficult situations. I pray for those marginalized in our legal system, there is no reprieve. Shelly hung up on me as I was inquiring how to get the "right" help.
