SHELLY IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE! SHE DOESN'T SEEM TO KNOW WHAT SHE IS EVEN DOING SHE DEFINITELY COULD NOT OR MAYBE JUST DID NOT WANT TO HELP RESOLVE MY PROBLEM BUT SHE MADE IT VERY CLEAR SHE DID NOT CARE. I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!
I am sure the worload is immense, however the staff is rude. The staff I interacted with was Shelly. From what I can gather, they do not truly seek to help those in difficult situations. I pray for those marginalized in our legal system, there is no reprieve. Shelly hung up on me as I was inquiring how to get the "right" help.
Absolutely Worthless, Don't Waste Your Time.
