THE PHONE LINE DOESN'T WORK, I applied online and got a call back and the phone system would not input that YES I need legal help!!
Only 2 workers at night, and bad attitude by person taking windows orders
Been calling every day and it doesn't matter what time I call I keep getting a recorded message that saids "All of are associates are busy and the waiting list is full. This has been what I get for the last 4 months.
Every time I've called this place for assistance, they have never been helpful. Not even once. I was even told most of the time they can't even provide an attorney for you in court, and that they seldom provide one for anything. Was directed to their self help pages. They wouldn't help with my kids and school for disabilities, wouldn't help advicate to doctors on our behalf,wouldn't help with a divorce, with wrongful eviction etc etc. Any organization or person who suggests turning to Legal Aid of WV for help is 100 percent ... read more
