These people do not help. One rep shatoya Johnson was very rude and disrespectful. Than she accused me of hanging up on someone before and I mostly was working. They don't listen to anything you said at all. They don't help. I ask if I could meet them and show them everything I'm talking about and they dismissed me all together. Waste of time. These people do not care about helping anyone and will tell you anything to not help you. They don’t care about anything you are going through. They come up with lame explanations and they don’t actively listen to what you are asking them. They pass your case from person to person and the do not actually take the time to review laws or solutions to help you. Don’t waste your time. Get real consulting from a real lawyer .
