These people had the audacity to send me a closing letter 8 months into me holding my ground to stay housed against a retaliatory landlord. If I was able to manage that as an untrained individual what was really their excuse for the lack of help they provided. I was even told they “couldn’t force” the landlord to rent to me. Waste of time. These people do not care about helping anyone and will tell you anything to not help you. They don’t care about anything you are going through. They come up with lame explanations and they don’t actively listen to what you are asking them. They pass your case from person to person and the do not actually take the time to review laws or solutions to help you. Don’t waste your time. Get real consulting from a real lawyer .
