How can this office continue to get away with these offenses? I applied, got a call, then supposedly my application had expired? So I reapplied, got a call back from an atty, David, but the call was dropped? I called back and the lady who takes your calls, BECKY, refused to put my call through to the atty? So I lost out on the consultation, TWICE? I’m in desperate need of legal advice bc my lender has been very SKETCHY since Covid. Don't ever try and get help from these folks. They don't want to help you. You call their office and nobody ever answers or calls you back, it's an absolute joke, I called the Lubbock office because I live in Littlefield and I am assigned to the Plainview office, good luck in getting a hold of anybody here and they really don't want to help you.
