These people just flat out don't care! I have called them a couple of times for different situations, and it was just a waist of my time. They denied me every time. They left me even more discouraged than before I called hoping for help. They basically make you feel like they are telling you "well, it sucks to be you." Don't waste your time trying to use them. It's pointless. They pick and choose who they want to accept and then use the excuse oh it's because we limited on funds!
