Literally met all the criteria for their services and denied my application. Watched the video online and followed through with everything requested of me. Never got to speak with a person. Never forwarded the opportunity to leave a voice message, nothing. Unless you are a minority of some sort you will get absolutely nowhere as you can tell during the questionare process. Unfortunate that this program is fund by tax dollars paid by citizens and we can't utilize it! How sorry!

I heard someone answer multiple times while I waited on hold but they ran out the clock so that they could disconnect me after 45 minutes. I spent a whole day calling back to back. There is no way I missed it every single time. This place is a scam. Meanwhile I'm a domestic violence victim who has been begging for help for over a year.

I came in one minute until close and they still found time to talk with me and interview me and give me some information. Then they call me later on to discuss my situation with me further. Although they could not have an attorney at my court date they were kind enough to let me know that ahead of time and give me the heads up and what to do and most importantly did not leave me hanging.

Absolute joke. No help whatsoever. Don’t even answer their phones just sends you to automated messages over and over again.
