Muy mal trato el señor que esta atendiendo estaba sacando a mi hijo mas pequeño solo porque empezo a llorar lo estaba sacando asta el lobby solo para no escucharlo en verdad jamas pense que llegaran a tratar de esa manera a mis hijos sacandolos de la oficina deberian de tener a personas amables trabajando en la recepción no se los recomiendo
Just spoke with someone named Naomi. Very unprofessional, during entire call it sounded like she was scuffling papers. she kept cutting me off before I even finished my questions. When I said something about it she hung up on me. Would definitely not recommend talking to her
Apparently they don’t take cases unless their domestic violence cases.
The staff I spoke with were both kind and professional. So much better than I had expected. Thankful for their help.
