Getting anyone on the phone is difficult and yes, they do have call volumes. I do want to say that do not choose the option to hold your call in line and have someone call you back. I did this and I didn’t get a call back until 2 days later when I was away from my phone, so guess who has to get back in line and try again. I think if the phone calls are too much to handle, the online services at least need to be open the same hours the business operates.
My attorney seemed OK in the beginning. I don’t think she ended up doing as much for me as she could have and towards the end she seemed a bit rude.
