Review Title: Rude, Dismissive, and Completely Unhelpful I reached out to Legal Aid of North Carolina on July 11, 2025, for help with a serious housing issue involving my brother, who is also a police officer. I called the Greenville legal aid office three times on different days and was unable to speak to anyone directly. Listened to a long list of options that didn't fit my inquiry. Been on hold for 50 minutes and a message came oon telling me they are having a high call volume and to press five for a call back. When I press five there's nothing, no intake of phone number for a call back and you just continue to hold and that option never comes on again. Must I drive over an hour to ask a question?
