If I could submit 0 stars, I would. I hung up on the receptionist due to her behavior. Snarky and ridiculously rude. I'm simply trying to figure out the process I need to go through in order to get legal assistance for my situation. She asked what my name was and I resort to spelling it first because my name is spelt abnormally (Ashleigh, opposed from Ashley) so I try to skip a step by spelling it out instead. 10/10 would not recommend. The lady answering has a very nasty attitude! I just couldn't continue talking to her.
I had a notary public from a large corporation forge false information on an application that I had to fill out for financial aid for health services and then they billed me because of the forged information (which they scrambled to partially correct when I called them out on it!) and this organization refused to take my case, what a collasal waste of time!
