I think its highly unprofessional that everytime i try to ring legal aid it sounds like there going to answer my call but instead hang up on me. Your ment to be a service to help people not hang up on then because you dont want to answer the phone, its not like im ringing to harrass you , im ringing because i need advice / help.
They do the best they can I guess
Do not care about there clients would prefer them to do jail time
