I reached out to this agency the 1st week of April with a pending trial date set for 3 weeks out. I submitted intake paperwork and was told I would be contacted. Not one person has notified me yet and I emailed to find out if they would even be able to help me 3 days before court. I received an automated message stating they will be out of office until the 1st week of the next month. Just wow. I tried to help myself and my family and we have been let down.
