I have never in my life spoke to so many people and don't know a thing about what they're talking about they make you think that you are wasting their time if you have money to listen to you take my advice do not call them they are of no help
They may have just collected and sold my information they don't accept payment from customers and I imagine they have to earn some income somehow due to the fact that there was no legal representation from the attorney assigned to me named Ashley nor was there any legal advice from the paralegal Erica I'm open to the possibility that they may have just collected and sold my information especially given the recent unexpected phone calls from debt collectors. They don't work for you they make u think they are.
I reached out to this agency the 1st week of April with a pending trial date set for 3 weeks out. I submitted intake paperwork and was told I would be contacted. Not one person has notified me yet and I emailed to find out if they would even be able to help me 3 days before court. I received an automated message stating they will be out of office until the 1st week of the next month. Just wow. I tried to help myself and my family and we have been let down.
