After submitting requested documents I never heard back after leaving messages and emails. Finally got through to then only be rejected with no explanation and five minutes to close so I couldn’t even call to find out, timing intentional. Receptionists never picks up the phone, you’d think it was the White House office. Uncaring and incompetent.

This place is a joke. We have emailed, called multiple times for a couple weeks and have left multiple messages trying to get information about being accepted or not after having given all the information they asked for and waiting the 2 week period we were informed it would take. I’m not sure what the secretary does while working because she clearly can’t work a phone or computer to answer. Best bet for anyone needing their help it to go in person any time you need to actually speak to someone though that can prove hard to ... read more
