I think the service could be better as I've used a different office and they've really helped me.
After submitting requested documents I never heard back after leaving messages and emails. Finally got through to then only be rejected with no explanation and five minutes to close so I couldn’t even call to find out, timing intentional. Receptionists never picks up the phone, you’d think it was the White House office. Uncaring and incompetent.
