I am not sure if I should mention the person’s name, but I was fortunate to meet and be helped by a young Afghani woman. Her name is Yelda.-Her knowledge, empathy and drive has been surely missing and most of my dealings with the court system. I only hope that one day she herself becomes the lawyer. She is helping people get our court. System could use someone with a tenacity and empathy. She has pretty amazing for such a young person. I think the service could be better as I've used a different office and they've really helped me.
After submitting requested documents I never heard back after leaving messages and emails. Finally got through to then only be rejected with no explanation and five minutes to close so I couldn’t even call to find out, timing intentional. Receptionists never picks up the phone, you’d think it was the White House office. Uncaring and incompetent.
