Worst people to deal i didn’t know that they are charging $4000 dollar for advice you guys are scammed my wife account and I’ll complain to the local government here against you guys. Stop scamming people guys. Is this a joke sounds joke $4000 dollar for just one email.Just to let you know I’ll take this matter in electronic media because expose what you did.
I am dissatisfied. Was told I prequalified for legal aid just to get denied. I feel as though all the paper work and wait times holding me up to find other legal help could’ve been avoided if they were more clear about eligibility. Still am unable to afford legal help. Also the trainee on the phone got my phone number and email wrong for contacting. Phoned back a second time to correct it and they got my phone number wrong again.
Dont expect them to ever see you in person. They're pretty good on the phone when you can get through or not be on hold for hours. But being government funded I guess thats what you get.
