Wish I could give zero stars AND change my name. What a terrible experience... To call this, a 'business' is laughable. I have to agree with the other comments on here. Rude, unprofessional and a waste of my time this morning. It's too bad too because I've gone to legal aid in the past and never had a problem. I will never deal with them ever again. Do better.
One hour and 32 minutes and no answer
With a child support order I asked for help from legal aid. Full time parent should get child support. Legal Aid moved the court date 9 times over 2 years. Enabling sickness, enabling drug use, and hurting fathers seems to be their moto... These people belong in jail, for the families and futures they have destroyed.
On hold 1hr 17 minutes and didn’t even get through. Then hung up on them as I needed to live life. Some call screaming oh wait did I scream or screen haha was so rude when I asked a simple question as to “why they don’t do restraining orders for non family”like say what?! I have a stalker and… anyways! Gods got me/us. Anyone know a student lawyer who wants to help a single Mom who has vulnerable sons and a cra cra ex-boyfriend! (Narcissist..) …
