They were so much help. Without going into details, we got the result we wanted and I was successful in my court battle and there is NO way it would have gone my way if it wasn't for the lawyer from Legal aid. I can honestly say that they were also recommended to me by a pay lawyer. She specifically recommended that I talk to them as they have expertise in Landlord/tenant suits. And she was right. The case manager who answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up the phone twice without allowing me to explain that I did not qualify for the free service that she was pointing me in the direction to. Cannot express enough how unprofessional this woman was!
lady who answered hung up even thou i was returning a call , she said I had the wrong number, 2nd time she said i didnt qualify even thou i was called previously for I did qualify and had lost my phone she needs to be fired!!!!!
