Terrible experience when tried to describe my case and need for help to the receptionist. The only answer I was given to several of my questions was: I don’t know, we cannot help you, get a lawyer. Terribly disappointed and frustrated over the whole issue.
Whoever answered the phone, I'm assuming a receptionist was beyond rude and unprofessional. I was referred to them by another legal service in the area, which stated they could answer any question i had regarding a legality question and when i stated what they told me I was promptly met with a response in a rude tone "they did not say that". Started the process for a divorce and sent in all my intake paperwork and was told I would receive an update only to be left in the dark for an entire month. During the intake process I let one of the paralegals know I didn’t have the money to get a new marriage license only to be told “it’s only x amount of dollars” what’s the point of this place honestly?
The people that work here are so friendly and was a pleasure going in and talking with them they are excellent and incredible people
