This " Legal Action Bureau Firm " is a simple debt collection agency that is out to try to scare you. We don't owe them money but they keep harassing us to get some money. Stay away from these amateurs
This guy "john" is a psycho. he uses extreme nasty collection tactics. Harassment is one of his sharpened skills. He would bombard you with mails first, then phone calls, then, he would use automated calling system, call you and automatically leave messages. This method is already banned by federal government, but he doesn't' give a sh!t about the law. Ignore him, he does nothing but threatening.
We have been using Legal Action Bureau (LAB) for about 9 months. Before hiring LAB we could not get any attention from other collection agencies due to our size. LAB has treated us with attention, focus on detail and follow-through. I recommend them highly. Very professional and tenacious.
