Great customer service! The ladies here are always very welcoming. Jessica is always helping out and making sure customers are well taking care of.
I’ve been a customer at this branch for some time, and I’ve noticed a concerning pattern that I believe management should look into. The branch seems to have unusually high staff turnover, employees never seem to stay for long. As a customer, this is unsettling and raises questions about the work environment and leadership.
