Un par de meses tuve un inconveniente con este banco,pero hablé personalmente con la señorita Jessica,ella nos ayudó a solucionar la situación,me da gusto que estén al pendiente de sus clientes.

Fast, friendly and efficient service. The branch manager did a great job of informing me of all of the current c d rates and options. She quickly assisted me with the changes I wanted to make. I highly recommend this branch for great service.

Este banco era de mis favoritos,pero me siento decepcionada,mi esposo yevo un pago de la casa un viernes,el cajero se quedó con dinero y tarjeta ,mi esposo fue el lunes a reclamar.y con la novedad que solo apareció la tarjeta ,y el diner o no aparece aún ,es frustrante que uno trabaja fuerte para conseguir el dinero .y para que el banco no pueda resolver ese problema .imagino ay cámaras.espero se pueda resolver este problema.

Thanks to Jessica Gomez and her team at Prosperity, I was able to get going quickly on my new "project". We were able to arrange my finances in an timely manner and it all went very smooth. I've been with Prosperity for MANY years and they have always taken good care of me. Thanks again!!!
