This place actually feels like a ragebait hell. “If you didn’t make an appointment, I can’t help you, everything you need is online” why do you have a place then?
This particular branch is very unfriendly and unhelpful. Unfortunately, it's closest to my house. I go to ANY other branch if I'm running other errands. No greeting. No thank you. No acknowledgement other than "how would you like that back?" In a monotone. Usually it's Denise at the window. My dogs used to get treats here, so they expect it, but if I ask her, she sighs real big and says she'll go get them or just says they don't do that here.
