Prosperity Bank is a joke. If you want to be scammed then this is the bank for you. Poor customer service, poor communication, poor everything. Wont discuss further details because I could write a 5 page essay on what happened but seriously do not bank here they don’t care about their customers.I will be looking for a new bank in the upcoming weeks.
Staff is always very friendly and efficient! Love everyone here and have never had a bad interaction! Highly recommend!
