They conducted a credit check before reviewing my information, which revealed issues that ultimately led to the loan denial. This unnecessary credit inquiry negatively impacted my credit score and could have been avoided with an initial assessment.
I don't have any issues other than the hours, 9 to 5, Monday through Friday. No lobby hours on Saturday. When is a working person supposed to conduct business that requires more than the drive up? Loved Legacy Texas! This always happens to me, I find a great small town bank and then they get bought out and everything goes downhill.

I've dealt with some very frustrating situations with them over the years, but today was my last straw. The manager has no tact or care for decent customer service.
