I never saw them a smile and greet the customer. It seemed like they are Leaving in another planet. They are zooming out. Don't expect friendliness, from this particular location. Do not even expect they do their job accordingly. They are not very knowledgeable about basic bank system and to add to injury the Bank manager is the worst of the all. If you think you called bank manager and this lady gonna come and help and solve your problem, you are mistaken.She is as clueless and unhelpful than anybody else in drive through. ... read more

Call. Ring, ring, ring no answer. 5 minutes of ringing. Call back same thing. 5 times daily and NO ONE will answer. Even going through the 1-800 number and waiting 15 minutes for them to answer, the customer service agent says "not sure why but no one is answering". It is almost impossible to do tasks outside of what I can do on the internet. I need to make an international wire transfer about once every 3 months. Instead of it taking about 15 minutes, it takes 2 - 4 HOURS to find someone to answer the phone at this location... read more

This location is extremely SLOW! Have tried on 3 different occasions and each time was bad. A 20+ minute wait for a drive thru deposit is ridiculous, especially when there is no other cars in line. Service in lobby is even worse, will be trying a different location
