Call. Ring, ring, ring no answer. 5 minutes of ringing. Call back same thing. 5 times daily and NO ONE will answer. Even going through the 1-800 number and waiting 15 minutes for them to answer, the customer service agent says "not sure why but no one is answering". It is almost impossible to do tasks outside of what I can do on the internet. I need to make an international wire transfer about once every 3 months. This location is extremely SLOW! Have tried on 3 different occasions and each time was bad. A 20+ minute wait for a drive thru deposit is ridiculous, especially when there is no other cars in line. Service in lobby is even worse, will be trying a different location
They conducted a credit check before reviewing my information, which revealed issues that ultimately led to the loan denial. This unnecessary credit inquiry negatively impacted my credit score and could have been avoided with an initial assessment.
I don't have any issues other than the hours, 9 to 5, Monday through Friday. No lobby hours on Saturday. When is a working person supposed to conduct business that requires more than the drive up? Loved Legacy Texas! This always happens to me, I find a great small town bank and then they get bought out and everything goes downhill.
