Always helpful staff and customer service, Feri has personally helped me with opening accounts as well as card issues! The online banking is a bit lacking compared to other banks but works fine, a good bank to use nonetheless!
I genuinely do wonder how this branch is still open or how they continue to keep these unprofessional employees at the front. There had been numerous occasions where either a family member or myself have been completely ignored and treated unkindly at this location. It is also obvious - from the other reviews - I am not the only one that has experienced this.
