It is nothing special and the phone capabilities are poor. I always have to go in after any banking issue to make sure it was done properly. Extra work but still usually faster than their terrible automated system.
Do not get an account with this bank. Unless you want a bank that tells you how much money you can spend, how much money you can Zelle to someone. Oh and no online wire transfers. Security is over the top and will shut your card off if you don’t respond to their text about a payment, that literally comes out on the same date every month. It’s like they think we’re their minor children and need to put us on an allowance and monitor every purchase. I’d give them zero stars on this review if I could.
