I never thought transferring some money from my checking to my savings could be frustrating, but this bank proved me wrong. First, ATM messes up again, it does so at this location often, as such won't let me access my savings. Have to go inside to transfer some money from my checking to my savings. Drive-thru ATM is down but the one in front was working just inconvenient having to go inside
Very nice people and conveniently located. The staff are nice but usually very slow. only come here if you have time to waste. Need corporate to improve the training and better staff branches.
