Customer service and online banking are horrible. I am always locked out then told to call customer service then no one ever answers! Over 25 minutes on hold this morning and still no one is answering. Why am I banking here???
If I could rate this place any lower I would. If you are looking for a Mortgage loan DO NOT come here. They made a whole mess of our file. In the end to say no because we werent “officially” married although we have been together for years? I know we cant be the only couple that’s NOT married and trying to buy a home.They gave us a run of practically 3 months on a house. Got a Morgage through the people at this bank. Ladies who helped me were all over the place and did not communicate to eachother. I was sooo confused who was calling me and what information they were asking from me. Also the automatically gave me Conifer Home Insurance, Horrible Horrible company. I had already submitted paper work for a home insurance we already had talked too and for some reason, we were signed up with Confier. Who does not cover anything….
