This location . 1st no drive thru , 2nd only one teller while 3 women sit behind a desk . Waited in line for 10 minutes before I said anything . As this one teller is working with one customer and a line is growing . Not one of the other three women gave eye contact or tried to help the one teller . Very friendly, ready to go all in to help you. I will not bank anywhere else. Stock yards prosperity banks rock.
So I opened a second account at this branch. The idea was to have one account backed by the main account.... One month 450 dollars overdraft fees... Off of like 125 dollars purchased... The main account was supposed to be linked to has way more than enough to cover it.... Never had one charge Or issue the whole time had an account.. 1 month with an account here at this branch cost me ton of money... Will be taking my business elsewhere..
