Terrible bank! Sold a car to a co-worker who paid by check, the bank said i would be charged 1.5% to cash the check because i didn't have an account. Diego Acero was the manager who also decided to call the person who purchased the car. Terrible. Don't bank there! Received cash with 1.5% deducted.
I have been a customer of this bank for many years, and one of the main reasons I continue banking here is the exceptional service I have always received at this branch. The entire team is consistently welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which makes every experience feel much more personal. They are somewhat helpful but not the best customer service when you actually need something from them…if you are giving them your money they are very helpful and extremely nice people…however; if you need something from them you will have to jump through hoops and do back flips to get them to facilitate your documents etc…I am still trying to get them to do my medallion stamps and have been to two different branches and I still haven’t been able to get what I need done!!!
