They are somewhat helpful but not the best customer service when you actually need something from them…if you are giving them your money they are very helpful and extremely nice people…however; if you need something from them you will have to jump through hoops and do back flips to get them to facilitate your documents etc…I am still trying to get them to do my medallion stamps and have been to two different branches and I still haven’t been able to get what I need done!!!
