A joke of a bank. Each time I have visited this branch I have encountered some sort of issue with these people. It takes nearly 2 weeks for a check to be deposited into your account. They provide poor customer service, especially the management. The little racist tellers racially profile me each time I make a large transaction, as if people that look like me aren't supposed to have any money. I'm currently looking for a new bank home because this one is not it.
This bank is made for senior citizens who have a full business day to wait for assistance. DO NOT BANK HERE
This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. Nobody seems to know pepper procedure. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere.
This is a specific review, not an overall review. A prosperity bank teller in Dallas, (we live in Plano), noticed something funny about a check with our account and routing number. The entire check looked home printed, including the "Pay To," and amount, strange for a personal check. She quickly said she needed to check with her manager. They looked at our previous checks. This location and bank in general has been very helpful to our family. You can also utilize their fiduciary services for financial planning when looking for investment advice, as their fiduciary services are part of being a member.
