BEWARE!! I'm a vet, this bank is currently withholding my disability check while charging me overdraft fees for each of my bills that hit. And then deducting those fee directly from my disability check. HELP! I NEED A LAWYER!!!
We have been customer for almost 30 years since it was CCU (Community Credit Union) days. It was always nice when coming to branches having pleasant interactions with staff. It is good to have these local banks around. Really like the building of Alma branch, especially inside with traditional customized structures, not a rigid modern industrial architecture. Absolute worst bank I've ever used. I would never trust them with my money again.
I have always found the staff to be helpful and polite. Ms. Rodriguez has the patience of a saint and I would be delighted to work with her on any matter.
