I love banking with Prosperity Bank. From the moment I walk in, I am always greeted with a smile, and I rarely have to wait for assistance. Today, Michelle Vyles helped my granddaughter and me. We were assisted immediately, and it only took a couple of minutes to have a document notarized. I've been with prosperity bank back when they used to be Legacy Texas. While my home bank is technically the Richardson location, the Addison branch is my store of choice. The staff are very nice and good at their job. The wait time for service is pretty short, so I'm usually in and out within 10 minutes or less.
