I bought a new LS MT347 HC in 2024. Began to have DPS/regen issues. The dealer took apart the regen filter housing and needed to order new gaskets to put it back together. It's been 4 weeks for the gaskets to come in and still they have not (going on 5 weeks). I am not very happy with LS Tractor's parts ordering system. No one seems to know anything about whether the parts exist in the **** or *****. Parts have to be more accessible. I am considering buying a different tractor and not LS.
awful awful place to do business I called Gary 7/7/2020 to ask about prices on parts as we've had issues with shipping parts as they don't follow shipping directions anyway Gary the owner said he didn't want my business even though they are the only *** dealer in Colorado and you are supposed to go through the dealer that being Legacy honestly the service just sucks they are ungrateful and they know they have you over a barrel when it comes to parts and servicing just beware as soon as they get that sale you are just a numbe... read more
