I was behind 3 years on my taxes as well as had an accountant in my business that hadn't lifted a finger for the past 6 years. Once I contacted ******* and told him my situation, she asked for my login information to QuickBooks as well as any documentation needed to resolve the past years taxes as well as this year's. I have no idea who this person is and I suspect that it is a competitor writeup to reduce our review scores. We go out of our way to help people that think our site is a chat or direct connection to the IRS. We spend a considerable amount of time trying to help people even though it provides no benefit to our firm other than the knowledge that we helped these people in any way that we could. LTRS / ******* may be up to date on tax laws, but his customer service is terrible and his client portal is never up to date with files. When I had my initial consultation regarding my new small business, he seemed very knowledgeable. But getting him to process *************** for me was a nightmare and I have been trying to reach him for 3 months (phone, email, and through his portal) to get resolution on rejected 2019 + 2020 tax returns because my entity election form was not submitted.
