This place is a fraud do not get your taxes done here! I have to get my lawyer involved because they file my taxes without my permission! FRAUDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
I gave Laurie all the info she had need to file my return. She has not given me the correct information for me to be able to look and track my taxes . I have to call from ransoms numbers and sometimes I get a reply but than when she knows it's someone she filed taxes for she turns phone off . She will not give me papers of my tax returns. I feel as if she stole my taxes . I'm 99.9 % sure that is what she has done . I am notifying the IRS as of right now
You keep telling me it was mailed to the address on file but yet you have not given me the address that was on file. No one gave permission to have my tax refund go on the card. You have not given me the copy of my tax returns that I requested. Y’all just ghetto and so unprofessional but it’s ok, I have the feds involved. Tell Casey Johnson and whoever the man that was helping him do my taxes that they will have a court date soon. You will have a court date too since this activity was handled under your business.
