My son always get terrible photo in school with Legacy studios. They never try to view the photo to see if it’s ok. Horrible service

My daughter is in middle school and reported she asked the photographer to help her with her hair and she refused. She has a small hair on her forehead in the pic. Also, the angle she had my daughter sit is not good. I paid over $50 for SCHOOL pics and my daughter refuses to have me give her grandparents/family any of the prints because she hates the photo.

What was supposed to be a fun and memorable senior photo experience could not have been more disappointing based on the photographer we worked with. She refused to allow me to request a specific pose that was not included in the yearbook due to us running out of time. It was the cap and gown photo- I wanted him to hold the cap at an agle that did not block the National Honor Society logo. What planet are these folks on? Who's paying for these paper prints in 2026? $250 for a couple of digital print copies? Honestly, my local Walgreens / CVS prints better quality paper photos. A total monopoly with schools and a rip off for the services offered.
