Unequal price for what you receive. Horrible customer service. We will not be buying school photos from them ever again. All schools should use Lifetouch
I see that there are many mixes of review for this business. My experience however is the opposite. From the start of the conversation, Quadasia was very warm and polite. She listened to my request. She got what I was asking for. I am impressed with Quadasia for her professionalism.
Awful customer service. Placed an order about 6 months back and haven't received my order yet. When contacted I am told the package doesn't apply to my order. They promptly took my payment at that time and failed to even inform me. Not sure why school districts are hiring this company that has 2 star reviews.
