Such a nightmare, called multiple times used the email provided and never get any solutions. I provide all the information they need in said email and same autogenerate response. This place is a scam and hate that my school used them. Feeling like I will never get actual help.

The photographers at thos location are amazing. They were quick amd efficient. The worked well with my son. The only reason there are two stars and not one. The customer service is HORRIBLE. They never answer the phone and take weeks to answer emails or requests online. Then when they finally respond they tell you that you are too late to do anything. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and never get a response back in a reasonable time frame. I wasted my money on their pictures because of their bad service... read more

My daughter got her 6th grade pictures done and they look great. The problem is we paid ahead of time, the system won't let us access the pictures, my wife has called and emailed numerous times with only AI responses that dont solve the problem, but keep repeating the exact same response. When she tries to call no one answers and they said they would call back so she doesn't have to wait in the queue, but then calls back right away and makes her wait again in the queue. Awful! Their website charged my Apple Pay 3 times and then got an error that transaction failed, so I used my card directly. In fact, the transaction did not fail. $100 charged to my card for $25 in photos. They cannot reverse the charges and say they’re not responsible for overdraft fees if incurred. I’m a single mom and cannot afford to have an extra $75 floating out there because of their error and there’s no option to rush the refund. This is terrible!
