-Dr is very attentive -very nonjudgemental -either her or her secretary is always there to take care of unforeseen problems outside the office +++ and here's a big PLUS unlike most drs she actually knows about the medication that may or may not be prescribed - dr always on time etc etc - you can't ask for better
