Ive called repeatedly to get information on my scheduled ride atleast 10 times in a row to get no one to answer the phone. How frustration 🫤 . Update called mtm they reported being here at 745 but they lied ive been watching since 7am and no one showed. And they refused to answer the phone. Now I am extremely late for my rehabilitation program that is mandatory I attend. I will be calling insurance for this to have them removed. The other 5 star rat8ng have to be fake. Terrible. The woman who picked me up, did so an hour and half earlier than necessary, so I had to wait an hour and a half to see my doctor. She didn't even drive all the way up to me when she finally showed up- I had to walk a block to reach her- too busy messing around on her phone to notice she hadn't parked anywhere close to me. She spent the entire ride on her phone. Later, I had to repeatedly text and call to get a response, and she called me back 50 minutes after my appt was over.
