Horrible service. I wouldn't use them again if it were my last dollar. They'll no show your scheduled ride and then never answer the phone when you call them regarding it. Plenty of other viable options if you're considering them for anything, you've been warned.

I give them no stars they never answered my calls totally ignore me we I talked to the lady once she lied about someone being on the way to pick us up I was at the dentist office with three kids we were there for hours they were hungry thirsty tired and hot nobody came to pick us up they don't care so a very nice kind ladies in the dentist office called and paid for Uber to take me and my children home

Unprofessional driver..25mins late 4 my appointment.no call and very disrespectful...don't know his name but this isn't the job 4 this man... hopefully I'll never have this problem again.. On a good note the dispatcher was polite, considerate and helpful

The manager fit us into the schedule same day after another service cancled at the last minute. He was very nice and drove perfectly.

not on time and rude to my sis and our caregiver
