Terrible. The woman who picked me up, did so an hour and half earlier than necessary, so I had to wait an hour and a half to see my doctor. She didn't even drive all the way up to me when she finally showed up- I had to walk a block to reach her- too busy messing around on her phone to notice she hadn't parked anywhere close to me. Later, I had to repeatedly text and call to get a response, and she finally arrived 50 minutes after my appt was over. I plan to complain to MTM. This company needs to work on its logistics. Driver was friendly however my low star rating is due to the fact the driver dropped my disabled mother off in her driveway in a wheelchair with no way to get up her ramp didn't offer to help her to her door was told he was not allowed to and drove off leaving her there leaving us shocked as I was unable to push her myself due to surgery recovery myself and couldn't walk myself we had to find a neighbor to help us get her into the house

Service in booking pickup was prompt and responsive. Our driver went out of his way to ensure that my husband had a safe and timely trip. I would use again!
