As a past cna / med tech I know all the rules of the state …my mother has been here for over a year and Iam very happy with her care the nurses and staff give her the very best they can. Nurses CMTs and all staff deserve way more than what they get but they dedicate their lives to helping the elderly and I appreciate that….. thank you for being there for my mother

After a long illness my mother was placed in a rehabilitation center that we immediately new she did not belong there. In a frightened state I called Legacy Riverview to see if they could help me. Immediately their admitting director Erica was right on top of things. She was kind knows her job inside and out and was there for my family every step of the way. If you love your family members do not allow them to go to this place. My sweet grandmother went in healthy and 8 days later she’s on her death bed. It’s a disgrace. She deserved better. I’ve seen shelter dogs get more respect and dignity. No human being deserves to be left in their own fecal matter and urine. I am horrified to think of how she must’ve felt.

This place is absolutely disgusting when the door first opens!! The overwhelming smell of urine all the way through no matter which direction you go! My first time visiting my loved one that was placed in there ..wow I was in disbelief "not good" at all. My heart goes out to any and all them patients because I wouldn't send my pets there!! They need a full staff,people that know how,and maybe tear down and rebuild.
