Spring Park always smells good and is very clean. I noticed a bad review from a former employee, and as a current employee, I can honestly say the food and care is great on both AL and MC. No one is perfect but they do their best to correct anything that is not working. Their state yearly reports have been great. They have the DHP yearly reports available for anyone to view. Their Kitchen has an A rating and always has! I think the inspections speak louder than anything else.

COUNTRYSIDELAKES PORT ORANGE FL 2020 2021 IT WAS GOOD AT FIRST NURSES WONDERFUL AND THEN, NOISE FROM UPSTAIRS KEPT ME UP AT NIGHT FOR THREE LONG MONTHS NEVER ADDRESSED, THERE WERE COCKROACHES, AND THEN A FAULTY FLOORING BOARD CAME LOSE AND I CRACKED A RIB, THEY TOOK ME TO THE ER BUT NEVER ASKED ME HOW I WAS DOING THE SALESMAN WAS LUDE AND OBNOXIOUS THE FOOD WAS FAIR AT BEST I GOT OUT AND RENTED A HOUSE

We put our mother in law at Kelly Place in October 2022. The worst decision we ever made. In a matter of a month they lost all her clothes. She never had her hearing aids in, never had on socks. Her hearing aid were lost, then the refused to replace them. They also lost her wheel chair and her walker. This is what you get when you let a corporation care for our elderly. They have no personal interest in their clients they just see a dollar sighn. I took her out in March and am still fighting to get them to replace what they ... read more
