This place has been amazing. The staff is wonderful with every resident. I volunteer in the activity room several days a week. Crystal and Madison do a wonderful job. They are so loving to the residents. And they truly enjoy them. It has been an answered prayer to find such a wonderful place for my mother in law.
The staff does an exceptional job of meeting the needs of the residents and relating to their families. They are personal and professional as they work each day to take care of mom. This is a challenging and painful season for mom and for me. It amazes me that they genuinely care about her and do their best to make her day more meaningful. They offer helpful suggestions, respond quickly to requests and try to make the atmosphere more homelike and engaging.
