Brittany Coleman - Leasing Specialist for Legacy Plaza - met my husband and I for an educational tour. Brittany was both courteous, and professional as she explained the financial details in what would be required for my mother to become a resident. She then took us on a tour that covered every amenity that Legacy Plaza offered their residents. Her demeaner, and attention to detail answered all our questions, and left us feeling confident that this was the perfect place for Mom. Carrie Langone
Though I have enjoyed living at Legacy, there is now a bully and his partner who daily insults people in the main community areas so that many avoid going near if they are around. Supposedly steps are being taken but it has been over a year now and the two still persist in causing problems.
Have lived here since July 2022. Management addresses concerns, promptly and does much for the residents. Love the apt. The area seems safer than where I moved from and walkable.
Brittany was absolutely wonderful in assisting me. She was very knowledgeable about the paperwork and her tour was the best!
